With the 2012 London Olympics less than a year away, CCE Driveways were delighted to asked by P J Carey Limited to get involved with the resin surfacing to the Athletes Village and also the Aquatic Centre.
2011 has already been a year for CCE Driveways, after a troubled 2010 with the uncertainties of the economical climate we started 2011 with a “bang”. The pace of work has picked up as the year has progressed this year looks to be our best since trading began in 1998!
We have started the resin works and there are thousands of square metres to be installed, quite a daunting prospect! Will it be completed on time? Yes of course, even if we are putting the last mix down as the Athletes move in, it will be done.
Our success as a company is due in no small part from the tenacity of the company’s Managing Director, Mike Sugg. He was determined to survive the difficult times of 2009-2010; also our work force, they have risen to the challenge and got the work done.
